Refund policy
Our company takes great pride in the custom products we create for our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange your purchase.
Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order:

All custom product orders include a mock up illustrating the product color and your uploaded image proofed in the ink color of your choosing laid out at the maximum imprint area size. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this mockup for accuracy. Please carefully review the proof for correct spelling, phone numbers, product color, ink color, and print size before approving. If you aren't happy with something on the proof, you may request a revision-we won't produce your order until you are 100% happy and approve of your proof. We will not be able to accept a return or offer a refund if there is an error due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product itself.

If you receive a defective custom product, please contact us at richcoastprinting@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement product or a full refund.

If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the full purchase price minus any fees or charges that may have been incurred.
